Seventy years ago chicken was eaten as a treat, and British people ate less than a kilo each in a whole year. However, in present times poultry is the nation’s favourite meat and its popularity is growing, with each of us eating around twenty five kilogrames of chicken every year, or two kilogrames a month. Chicken is a great source of protein, enjoyed by many as part of a nutritionally balanced diet. Our range of poultry meets growing food sector demand, working with our supply chain to produce and process cuts of chicken and turkey to a high standard from farm to fork.

Our range of processed lamb meets growing food sector demand, working with our supply chain to produce and process cuts of lamb to a high standard, from farm to fork, whether jointed, minced or diced at a wide range of price points.
