The beef industry in our country is the envy of the world. Breeding from our livestock and genetics from breeds native to Britain are much sought after by farmers in other countries. The county boasts some of the highest welfare standards in the world, which regulate the way that our beef is produced and processed. All of the jointed, minced and diced beef from us is produced to BRC Global Standards of food safety, annually audited against the standard. In addition, we are certified under the voluntary beef labelling scheme which is also audited for compliance.
Seventy years ago chicken was eaten as a treat, and British people ate less than a kilo each in a whole year. However, in present times poultry is the nation’s favourite meat and its popularity is growing, with each of us eating around twenty five kilogrames of chicken every year, or two kilogrames a month. Chicken is a great source of protein, enjoyed by many as part of a nutritionally balanced diet. Our range of poultry meets growing food sector demand, working with our supply chain to produce and process cuts of chicken and turkey to a high standard from farm to fork.
British lamb is hard to beat. Sheep thrive in a variety of climates and have been the principal meat source across the continent for centuries. We can now reap the reward of several generations of selective breeding for taste and texture, and well-reared lamb today is likely to be better than any eaten at any time in the past. Our range of processed lamb meets growing food sector demand, working with our supply chain to produce and process cuts of lamb to a high standard, from farm to fork, whether jointed, minced or diced at a wide range of price points.

Compared to the nutritional profile of other meats, or even leafy greens, the level of nutrition contained in liver is unrivalled. Ox liver offers consumers great value for money, as well as the environmental benefits derived from eating more of the animal.Minimising the waste and maximising the nutrition, as standard we offer whole ox liver, sliced or diced, typically block packed or layer packed. We are happy to provide pricing and accommodate any bespoke offal or fifth quarter requirements.
